Right now I have my nose in a really great book. It comes from a The Arbinger Group and book is entitled; The Anatomy of Peace.
Here is a small intro to the philosophy of the group found on their home page...

The parents are asked to stay 2 days to be briefed on the kind of work that the Group has in store for teens over 8 weeks. While guests of the camp for 2 days, the parents discover much about themselves, and their own self deception. It becomes clear that their is a way to help the kids, and in fact break down some of the adults own walls first.
