Gratitude check up The Law of Thanksgiving
It’s easy to be grateful around the Thanksgiving holiday. But what if we were able to find ourselves feeling grateful year round? What that might change about your life?
The Law of Who Now
For whom are you grateful for in your life right now? Have you let them know lately how much you appreciate them? If not, give the gift today!
The Law of Attitude
Gratitude is simply an attitude. The one thing we can always choose each day, in any situation, is our attitude. Therefore, we always have the ability to choose an attitude of gratitude.
The Law of Abundance, Part 1
One great benefit of a gratitude attitude is you become much more aware of the abundance you already have in your life.
The Law of Abundance, Part 2
Another great and unexpected benefit of a gratitude attitude is that, with this consistent attitude of gratitude, you seem to be able to draw even more and more abundance into your life.
The Law of Blessed
When we focus on all the many things we need and want that we do have, we wind up feeling blessed. A pretty great state to be in.
The Law of Focus
Have you ever noticed that what you consistently focus on tends to be what happens? I’ve also noticed that when we focus on what we lack, we tend to get selfish, looking out only for ourselves. On the other hand, when we focus on our blessings, it’s much easier to look out for others as well as ourselves. Yes, it really can be that simple.

Less of Lesley ! Lesley and I are having fun on her play of words- Less of Lesley. Her sense of humor is catchy- look out! so- it's a month since we met my brave friend Lesley. She wants to check in with us each month for a year for accountability, and inspiration to keep herself motivated.
Motivation is something that comes from within each of us. We can be inspiring to others, yet to be motivated we each have to go inside to get there for ourselves.
So let's hear what's happening this month for her...
Thank you everyone !!! for such a great response to the article last month. Great incentives and support from you all... There must have been at least 50 replies.
Sorry, if I was unable to respond to everyone right away my computer crashed and I do know I lost a few on that very first day. Please send me another and I will save it before I open it. Well, weeks really go by quickly when you are enjoying yourself. New recipes to try oh! this is so exciting. You see you have to eat to loose!! Tuesday came around this was the big one, four weeks on the plan and also getting measured. To my delight I lost another 2.8 that's 24.2 pounds lost in total and 9.5 inches. Whooppeee!! I hope it evens out over the hips or I will look like a pear! Everyone is so nice down in the clinic. I weighed in at 335.2 four weeks ago and my goal is lose 170 pounds within a year. Thank you again for your support. I'm off to Vegas (Sunday night) for a wedding!! You'll see less of me next month, Happy Thanksgiving (Oh! those obstacles!!!) Your truly, Lesley lesanders@hotmail.com

Top 10 ways to know if you are addicted to T V ! “When we watch TV we deaden ourselves to the world and find we need more and more external stimulation just to get going,” says Hale Dwoskin, author of “The Sedona Method: Your Key to Lasting Happiness, Success, Peace and Emotional Well-being” and CEO and director of training of Sedona Training Associates. TV addictions can sneak up on you and take hold before you ever realize there’s a problem. This is because Are You Addicted to Television? TV is so pervasive in our lives that you can easily spend hours in front of the tube without it feeling like you did. There are warning signs, however, which include:
• Using the TV to help you fall asleep or wake up • Leaving the TV set on all the time (or most of the time) • Not calling friends or talking to your family because you’re watching TV • Canceling (or not making any) plans because a TV show you like is on • Finding that you spend hours watching TV when you only intended to watch for 15 minutes • Having a TV in every room of the house • Knowing what time it is based on what TV program is on • Finding it difficult to turn the TV off • Using the TV as a distraction when you’re upset, stressed, lonely or anxious * my personal favorite- guys~ do you clutch the remote through the whole show ?
