My little AVA turns one on Septemebr 22! wow, a whole year has zoomed by already. What fun!
Did I mention she is very smart and is seen here driving her own car at Dino Town !!

Yes, I'll be there again- for my 4th year, looking forward to it. I'd love it if you'd stop by to say 'hi'.

She's one brave lady. I have known Lesley for some time now as a business colleague. We both belong to the same Chamber of Commerce, locally. Her Scottish accent and hilarious views on life keep me in stitches. She totally lives the Law of Attraction, focusing on what she wants.
Lesley is a wonderful Career Coach who helps people looking for employment. I could not think of anyone better to help a person look for work then Lesley.

About 3 weeks ago, I received an e-mail from her, entitled 'The time is now' with a huge decision to drop 170 lbs, and she wanted me to know what all her excitement was about.
Lite bulb moment- I thought why not ask her to be an ongoing part of Coach's Corner for a year while she takes off the weight? Lesley agreed to the idea in a minute! She challenged herself to it on the spot.

We met for a brainstorming session, where I discovered the biggest thing that would help her along the way would be challenge and support of others on her Path. Willing to have a new mindset about the way she sees food and that willingness is key to change.

The Time is Now!

I’m so excited!!! I’m ready, I’m ready!!! I have to tell everyone…Who wants to know?
Lesley that’s me in the photo, and I am now ready to lose my weight. All of my excess F A T ~ well at least 170 pounds of it and I am not at all shy at telling people my story.

My dear friend Cathy has allowed me to use this newsletter to spread the word (or story) as it unfolds on a monthly basis, a BIG THANK YOU to you Cathy Clark.

Well, most of my life I have been plagued with battled of the bulge. After trying many different ways to lose this excess fat, from “The Grapefruit Diet”, to ‘Magic Pills & Potions’. Also, joining clubs for on-line support and exercising from day to night to no avail. Each time spending thousands of dollars, Oh! Yes I did have great results with one, but I could not afford to keep it up.

I thought I had tried them all….. until last month when…I met a friend who I noticed a great change in and I wanted to know more... Gord is his name…he invited me to join. With a one time fee I was so excited, I decided to tell everyone. I emailed Cathy, when she heard how excited I was, decided to help and support me. You see I am so positive that this is for me (and it might not suit everyone) that I wanted to be accountable. You will read it every month right here.
I am going to be sharing my up’s and down’s (hurdles) that may occur when losing. Yes, I have to lose 170 pounds and during the first two weeks I have lost 14.8 pounds! Whooppee!!!
My weigh-in days are Tuesday's. So after work each Tuesday night I journey excitedly towards the ‘SlimSure Wellness Clinic’.
